Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add ¼ cup all-purpose flour to the cookie dough. Fold together until the flour is fully incorporated and no longer visible. This gives the cookie dough more structure so the sticks hold their shape while baking.
  3. Cut a piece of parchment paper approximately 3 x 5 inches.
  4. Place about 2 tablespoons of cookie dough in the center of the parchment paper.
  5. Fold the parchment paper over the cookie dough. Using a bench scraper or another flat-edged kitchen tool, press and push the dough through the parchment to shape it into a neat, even stick.
  6. Unfold the parchment paper to reveal your cookie stick and carefully transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Repeat with the remaining cookie dough, leaving a little space between each stick.
  8. Bake for about 11 minutes, or until the cookie sticks are golden and completely baked through.
  9. Let cool slightly and enjoy! 🍪

Notes

Nothing yet. If you have cooked this — what you changed, what went wrong, what your mother did differently — it is worth more here than anywhere else.
